About Naomi...
NAOMI ONO is a cook, lifestyle journalist and food expert specialising in classical French, Italian and British cuisine with a Japanese twist, Japanese Home Cooking (what the Japanese really eat at home) as well as the straight European classics.
A former fashion and food stylist in Tokyo, she has lived in New York and London for 15 years, writing for GQ Japan, Marie Claire and the pre-eminent Japanese lifestyle titles, all the while developing her elegant take on the cuisines she has grown to know and love.
Her blend of the Oriental and classic European has been called "Zen on the Seine."! and her styling - "Westwood meets Wedgewood"!
Naomi has worked journalistically with Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Christophe Novelli and has guested on Jamie Oliver's US cookery show, "Oliver's Twist".
