For each occasion I work closely with clients to create a bespoke menu from our huge range of exquisite dishes.
The menus in this section are just some examples of what we do.
Wines, sake etc. are not shown - we specialise in the food and the presentation and clients often have separate wine suppliers who we also work with to find the perfect complement.
